Robert Cullen was arraigned on two amended violation of probation petitions for two of his 2017 cases on the 1:30 calendar. No bail.
Judge Kaleb Cockrum could not do the arraignment so Judge Timothy Canning had to come in for that one arraignment. Cullen was previously represented by Mr. Russ Clanton but for now the Public Defender's office has been appointed.
Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward did not think there was a late arraignment for Cullen when asked by Public Defender Marek Reavis.
I had charges for his 2019 arrest which is scheduled for late arraignment this afternoon and informed Mr. Reavis when I had a chance.
2019 case charges:
While waiting for his case to be called, Cullen made goo goo eyes at Gabrille Jensen, the female detained while Cullen fled from law enforcement. Cullen is in an orange jumpsuit and cuffed and he is mouthing to Jensen as if everything will be okay?
Intervention for the two VOP cases is scheduled for December 2; revocation hearing on December 12.
Jensen was arraigned on two cases. Bail was $10,000 for the misdemeanor case and $35,000 on the felony case. Time ws not waived on the felony case. Public Defender was appointed for Jensen. Intervention is on November 25; preliminary hearing on December 2.
