Chai Her was arraigned on 11/26. Judge John Feeney increased bail to $100,000. Conflict Counsel was appointed for Her.
Her is charged with three felonies: Count 1 kidnapping; Count 2 with false imprisonment; Count 3 fleeing while being pursued by law enforcement and a special allegation of a prior conviction in Humboldt for PC 459-PC460 (a), burglary.
OR/bail hearing is this afternoon. Intervention on December 5; preliminary hearing is on December 10. Alleged victim is Jennifer Talynn Hurn.
