A substitution of attorney by Mr. Timothy Gray was filed for Gabrielle Jensen. At intervention on November 25, once that change was made, the preliminary examination for December 2 was vacated. A change of plea is scheduled for December 5.
Jensen is charged with possession of heroin in jail in one 2019 case and possession of meth, heroin and cocaine in the case she was arrested while law enforcement was pursuing Robert Cullen.
