Six days into his jury trial, alleged molestor Patricio Segura resolved his court case at the last minute. He had rejected the People's offer of 12 year. While Segura waived his right to appeal and waived his custody credits, the plea deal is for a stipulated term of 8 years for pleading guilty to forcible oral copulation.
Sentencing is on December 13.
