Trial setting was scheduled on November 7 for attempted murder suspect Danny Waters. It was continued to November 21.
Defense has subpoenaed CMGC records from the Humboldt County Correctional Facility. Waters was expected to withdraw his time waiver today; he will do so at the next hearing. Dates were set but then defense asked for trial setting to be continued until next week when they will have more information on the case.
Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield is Waters' attorney. Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward is the prosecutor for this case.
