Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn"'s preliminary hearing was rescheduled to January 28.
There are many new locations. Two different readers told me they saw a new tag from Stayn on the back of a sign posted on the southeast corner of the fence around the construction site for the newIn-and-Out burger on south Broadway.
