McDonalds agrees to settle lawsuit filed by California workers for $26 million

McDonald's has agreed to pay $26 million to settle a class action lawsuit filed in 2013 concerning wages and working conditions in California locations managed by the corporation.

McDonald's said that it decided to resolve the lawsuit but still believe their employment practices comply with the California Labor Code.

The agreement covers 38,000 individuals and still requires the approval of a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge.
