No actions were taken on items on closed session items for today's Eureka City Council meeting. Mayor Susan Seaman and Councilmember Heidi Messner are absent.
Under presentations, there is an update scheduled for Papa and Barkley.
Under ordinances and resolutions, there is a memorandum of understanding between the City of Eureka and the Eureka Police Officers' Association and an at will employment agreement for Dean Lotter as City Manager and resolution establishing his salary.
