Law enforcement were in pursuit of convicted Robert Cullen; they took foot bail.
Two guys ran off into the brush and they detained one female and they have medical staged across from 2607 Old Briceland Road
Fish and Wildlife canine team and CHP helicopter en route
Detained female, name Ga rielle (?) does not believe male is armed. Besides Cullen there is another male, not identified on scanner
HCSO said second male subject has been apprehended. His name is Gregory Benson.
Cullen is still outstanding as of 5 pm.
HCSO press release with more details tomorrow Sprowel Creek residents were asked to keep doors and windows locked. Do not pick up hitchhikers. If you see Cullen, please call 9-1-1.
