Sanna Jane Fase resolved her DUI case today with a plea in early resolution court



At pre trial this morning for Sanna Jane Fase, resolved her case.



She has a commit to jail date of December 21. Fase pleaded guilty to Count 1 and admitted the special allegation. Count 2 was dismissed. Fase was placed on probation for three years, she has to complete a 9 month first offender alcohol program, pay a court fine of $1,972, restiturion fine of $150 and was  sentenced to 7 days in jail with credit for 4 days.

Her attorney is Ms. Kathleen Bryson. Deputy District Attorney Andrew Truitt was in court for the People.
