Alleged molestor Mark Dare's wife and church supporters have not been in court for a while now

Jury trial for alleged molestor Mark Dare is  scheduled to start on December 2 and has been assigned to Judge Lawrence Killoran. Alleged victims are his stepdaughters.

For the last few hearings, the abscence of Dare's wife and church supporters is worth noting. His wife was a witness at the preliminary hearing and should be for the jury trial. That doesn't explain the lack of support from the Seventh Day Adventist Church, who according to the People and the girls' dad harassed the alleged victims.

Only his parents have accompanied him to court.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Public Defender Marek Reavis is Dare's attorney. He has filed a motion in limine to exclude Dare's prior conviction for misdemeanor domestic violence and substance abuse.

Time estimate is 4 weeks. Attorneys will meet with Judge Killoran on December 2 in the afternoon. Dare's presence was excused for Monday by Judge John Feeney today, at the request of Mr. Reavis.

Long form questionnaires and questioning of individual jurors is scheduled to start on December 4. The Wesley Evans' jury trial is expected to conclude Monday or Tuesday.
