Jury questionnaire, witness list and trial briefs sealed in alleged molestor Mark Dare's case
Alleged molestor Mark Dare has trial assignment scheduled on 11/27 for his jury trial scheduled for December 2.
Two motions were filed last week. The District Attorney filed a motion to amend information as well as a motion to seal a filed document. On October 25, the DA's motion for second amended information were granted by Retired Judge Marilyn Miles.
The DA's motion to amend the complaint to add a special allegation of the "one strike law" was previously granted.
Motion to seal trial briefs, jury questionnaire and witness list as well as motion to amend information this morning. Deputy DA Whitney Timm was in court for the People. Public Defender Marek Reavis is Dare's attorney.
The amendments to the complaint have to do with a coreection in dates; not the charges.
