Gregory Benson was arraigned today on two cases. One of them is from the arrest when he was hanging out with convicted felon Robert Cullen. Benson hired Ms. Kathleen Bryson.
Charges for one case are possession of meth, possession of heroin and commision of the crime while out on OR/bail. Charges for the other case are possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and receipt of stolen property.
Time was not waived. Intervention was set for January 13. Preliminary hearing was set for January 28. Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta was in court for the People.
