Intervention was scheduled this afternoon for convicted human trafficker David Anderson. A further intervention was scheduled for December 5. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 9.
One case is a second arrest for human trafficking; the other case is for violation of probation, PC 3455 (a) charged as a felony.
Anderson's attorney is Mr. Michael Acosta. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for the case.
