Jury picked in Ray Christie's case. Jury instructions and opening statements tomorrow at 10 a.m.
In his felony case, Christie is charged with a felony in Counts 1-4 ; alleged violation of PC 597 (b), deprive animal of drink and shelter.
Counts 5 -43 are misdemeanors; alleged violation of FG5652 (a), littering within 150 feet of water.
Christie's misdemeanor case was dismissed on 11/5/19.
I will cover the outcome of the case but other coverage of this case will depend on my schedule. There are lot of cases and I am covering the Patricio Segura jury trial.
