At trial setting today for attempted murder suspect Danny Waters, Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield, Waters' attorney, said he is going to provide a document to Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward in hopes of resolving the case.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for December 9. Jury trial for January 13. As indicated previously, Waters pulled his time waiver today.
