Trial confirmation for sexual battery suspect Elhadji Ba was continued to this morning. Jury trial jury scheduled for December 9 was confirmed.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner is Ba's attorney. A mistrial was declared after a hung jury.
