Eric Harmon held to answer on two counts for his most recent arrest


At intervention for Eric Harmon on November 14, the preliminary hearing scheduled for November 19 was confirmed. Harmon's most recent arrest was after he fled a traffic stop. He has quite the record in the Humboldt Superior Court system.

Harmon was held to answer on Count 1, evading a peace officer and Count 2, obstructing/resisting a public officer. He was not held to answer on Count 3, driving on a suspended/revoked license. Arraignment is on December 5.

People had one witness, HCSO Deputy Maxwell Soeth. Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps is Harmon's attorney.
