Eric Harmon was arraigned on his most recent case with one felony count, another 2019 misdeneanor case as well as three violations of probation. Bail for the most recent case is$25,000; the other 2019 case $5,000. Time was not waived for the recent case; it was for the other case and the probation cases will trail.
Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta was present for the People. Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke was present with Harmon at arraignment.
Supervised Release report hearing on November 8; intervention on November 14; preliminary hearing on November 19.
