Pre trial and status of doctor's reports was scheduled on November 18 for murder suspect Antone Aubrey.
Dr. Renouf's report was received. Dr. Matto's report is still outstanding. Defense requested a continuance to December 3. Aubrey is being evaluated per PC1026 since he entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small was in court for the People. Mr. Russ Clanton is Aubrey's attorney.
