Pre trial and status of doctor's report was scheduled this morning for murder suspect Antone Aubrey.
Mr.Russ Clanton told Judge Timothy Canning that reports were pending from two doctors to evaluate Aubrey. Both doctors received the toxicology results last week. Aubrey has entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
Status of doctor's reports scheduled for November 18. Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small was present for the People.
