Trial confirmation was scheduled this morning for alleged molestor Chad Smith's third jury trial on November 18. Smith is represented by Ms. Andrea Sullivan.
Transcript of closing arguments have been requested by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads.
Jury trial was confirmed but depending on Patricio Segura's jury trial which is supposed to start on November 12, Smith may "trail." Ms. Eads is the prosecutor for Segura.
