The local Episcopal church has no issue associating with Sean Allman

At intervention on December 10  Sean Allman's preliminary hearing was confirmed. There is a hearing scheduled tomorrow on the defense motion to modify Allman's terms of release.

According to Allman's attorney, Mr. Ben  Okin,  the defense has a letter from the local Episcopal church and they do not want the protective order to apply to them. The DA has filed an opposition and defense has filed a response to that pleading.

Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or Obstructing Exercise of Religion. Count 2 is Criminal Threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Ben Okin is Allman's attorney.
