  1. Having been a patient of Dr. Parks for a number of years, I automatically became a patient of "Dr." Eshghipour when he purchased the practice. He immediately said I had several bad teeth that would need crowns or extractions. A follow-up appointment was made during which he extracted a few teeth and crowned another. Other teeth were then designated as needing work and more appointments were made. More crowns, more fillings and an extraction or two. I have lost count as to what was done when, but my chart, if it still exists, should have that information. As of this date, I have had 9 teeth either fall out, break off or been extracted. Prior to that, my Wisdom teeth had been extracted about 50 years ago and 2 upper left were extracted about 10 years ago. In addition to his unprofessional work, he had a large antique style filing cabinet brought out into the waiting room. It was placed so that his receptionist couldn't see it. In fact, the only office that could see the face of it was the Indian Health office. While waiting for an appointment with my PCP in an adjacent office, I watched as one of Mr. Eshghipour's staff, walked out and, without a key or other similar item, opened a drawer and took a file out. This was in plain access to the public. I, for one, resent my file being open to the public. I am a 74 year old senior citizen and am very unhappy that he would treat someone my age like that.

Would it be possible to get this to the DA's office - the ADA who is handling this. Or, please send me the name, etc. of that person?
