Trial confirmation was scheduled December 10 for assault suspect Clayton Lasinski. Jury trial for January 13 was confirmed with a further trial confirmation on December 17 regarding discovery. He is charged with 16 counts.
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel R. J. Leohner is Lasinski's attorney.
