Charges for Eric Harmon' s jury trial are slightly different. His priors make him ineligible for probation unless there are unusual circumstances.
At arraignment on December 5, trial confirmation was scheduled for January 15; jury trial for January 27. Time was not waived. Harmon has " a number of misdemeanor cases"; they will "trail " this case.
Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler was present for the People. Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps is Harmon's attorney.
