Not guilty on all counts for Wesley Evans.
I am not going to identify a juror but there was a former local attorney on the jury. Another juror told me,"It was a pretty thin case."
Verdict just came in, jury started their deliberations this morning.
Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for the case.
This makes two not guilty verdicts and one mistrial for Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner.
