Voluntary manslaughter suspect Daniel Dozier posted bail on 4/19/23. The DA has filed a motion to continue the preliminary hearing scheduled for 5/25. The motion will be heard on 5/15.
5/15: Motion to continue by DA granted. 5/25 date vacated. Preliminary scheduled on 6/8.
