No doctor reports have been received yet. Moore has not been seen by either doctor. Preliminary hearing set for December 1 with a two hour time estimate.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case.
