Chong Her is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon. He is charged with PC 459 burglary, PC 664/207(a) kidnapping, PC 273.5 (a), corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and PC 136.1 (c) (1), falsifying evidence, and bribing, influencing, intimidating or threatening witnesses.
Or/ bail hearing on 9/30; preliminary hearing for October 10/7. Bail remains at $80k. At booking there were some issues with what the amount of bail. In the last hearing, I posted information regarding bail available at that time. Public Defender's office was appointed for Her. A criminal protective order was issued and served.
9/30: OR was denied.
