Preliminary hearing for alleged molestor Patrick Marshall was continued to July 16. It was originally scheduled for March 16.
Marshall had been released from custody, with conditions, in October 2019. He was on supervised release and booked into jail yesterday. The arresting agency is listed as Probation.
Marshall is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse in violation of PC 261.5 (d), one count of distributing or showing pornography to a minor in violation of PC 288.2 (a) (2) and two violations of PC 288 (c) (1)
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Marshall's attorney.
