HCDTF followed Michael Acosta for six months

Michael Acosta and Sarah Carroll preliminary did start today. The preliminary hearing continues tomorrow.

I was briefly able to check livestream during breaks at the Mark Dare jury trial. Witnesses included Max Soeth and Matt Tomlin.

Highlights of this morning's testimony:
HCDTF followed Michael Acosta for six months.
Testimony about firearms located two blocks away in a storage unit excluded/stricken as relevant to the charge of maintaining a place of drug distribution.
