Marek Reavis failed to convey formal plea offers and a child molestor got his writ of habeas corpus granted

This is a case that was tried during the Paul Gallegos administration. Mr. Marek Reavis was not the Public Defender at the time he represented. He is currently representing alleged molestor Mark Dare.



Now District Attorney Maggie Fleming and her prosecutors get to deal with yet another perv and fix a mess due to ineffective counsel by Mr. Reavis.
