Convicted sex offender Alan Anthony Cook wants his record expunged. Yet, he keeps getting arrested. This time by EPD.
Drunk in public and yet another probation violation. Time for the jail and the courts to stop releasing this perv on O.R. Jail time is not a deterence for these pervs, either. They should not be allowed to live in society. They don't change and they have no remorse.
