Alan Anthony Cook was arrested yesterday by Arcata Police Department for being a misdemeanor, drunk in public. He was released on O.R.
This arrest was for public intoxication but he is frequently arrested. If he wants his record expunged, maybe he Cook should start with obeying laws.
