Fifteen minutes ago, I was walking back from Target and see an EPD vehicle. I took a brief video that I will post on Facebook so you can hear the woman yelling at the EPD officer.
The neighbor in the blue shirt just went about his business. Another woman walked out from that section and walked a block away texting on her cell phone.
Just another day in Eureka where EPD has to deal with the effects of poverty, crime and all the other issues in the City in the midst of a pandemic.
