Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Valenzuela's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.
Valenzuela is the last defendant from the Manila 5 homicide to resolve his case. Victim is Tyson Claros.
