Even if you are ordered to appear in court, COVID 19 gets you off the hook
Trial setting for Timothy Ziegler was scheduled on August 27. Ziegler was most recently arrested for criminal threats.
He is out of custody. Even though he was ordered to appear today, Judge Lawrence Killoran granted the request by Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin for a 977 appearance.
Deputy Candace Myers appeared on the case for Deputy DA Roger Rees.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for January 19. Was hard to hear but the jury trial date was February 1.
