Restitution hearing owed to Tyson Claros' family by Brandon Michell, Tamara Thomson and Hector Godoy- Standley was continued to this morning.
It was continued again because while a spreadsheet was provided to defense, case law supporting these requests was not. Attorneys need to meet and discuss amounts with clients.
Mitchell is represented by Ms. Andrea Sullivan, Thomson by Mr. David Nims and Godoy-Standley is represented by Mr. Russ Clanton.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.
Next hearing is on September 16. At this point, updates to final restitution will be added, if and when I have time.
