HCSO Deputy Matt Tomlin testified on the second day of Kevin Haberman's preliminary hearing for his 2020 case.
"Kevin had 25 grams of heroin in his hand as they were detaining him," said Deputy Tomlin.
Deputy District Attorney Jane Mackie is the prosecutor for the case. Haberman's attorney is Christina Allbright.
Visiting Judge Marjorie Carter held Haberman to answer on all charges. Arraignment on information is August 24.
