Trial confirmation for Robert Cullen this morning was continued to September 2. Jury trial is still scheduled for September 8.
Cullen has a 2019 case and two 2017 VOP cases. In his most recent case, Cullen is charged with 14 counts.
Deputy District Attorney Jane Mackie is the prosecutor for the case.
The People had previously made an offer for 6 years, 4 months. Mr. Michael Acosta, Cullen's attorney, Mr. Acosta had previously said he plans to file a 995 motion.
