Setting of Catherine Fode's sentencing was continued to this morning. It was continued again to September 16.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Neal Sanders is Fode's attorney.
Fode was the first defendant to plead guilty in the Manila 5 case. She may testify at co-defendant Cesar Valenzuela's trial which is scheduled in August.
If all that happens on September 16 is dates being set, that update will be added to this post.
