CONREP report and med evaluation was received today for murder suspect Connor Whited. Criminal proceedings have been suspended after Whited was found not competent to stand trial.
Whited was ordered to be transported to the State Hospital by Judge Christopher Wilson. The court authorized "involuntary" administering of anti psychotic meds.
Confirmation of transport is scheduled for Sept 9.
