Receipt of CONREP report for treatment and placement for Antone Aubrey was scheduled this morning.
Judge Christopher Wilson ordered that Aubrey be committed to the State Hospital. He denied the defense request to strike the special enhancement.
On July 28, Judge Christopher Wilson found Aubrey guilty of second degree murder and not guilty by reason of insanity.
Ms. Sara Zalkin appeared for Mr. Russ Clanton. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared for Ms. Candace Myers.
Confirmation of transport is scheduled for August 31.
