Confirmation of transport for convicted murderer Antone Aubrey was scheduled today. He is still in custody at the Humboldt jail. The hearing was continued to September 14.
When he is finally transported, I will add that to this post. I am not doing posts on endless continuances and resetting of dates.
9/14: A hearing for order to show cause by the State Hospital is scheduled for September 21.
Aubrey was found guilty of second degree murder and not guilty by reason of insanity.
3/10/21: At this hearing, it was confirmed that Aubrey had been transported to the State hospital in early March.
