At trial setting for murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez this morning, dates were set.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Rodriguez's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was the prosecutor for the case. From court proceedings and remarks today, it seems Deputy DA Luke Bernthal has taken over the case.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for March 1; jury trial for March 15.
Ms. Sullivan said based on expert availability, there may be a motion to continue. Mr. Bernthal said he is working on discovery requests related to a cell phone and confidential informant John Doe.
