Several EPD cars, City Ambulance on 6th Street

City Ambulance just got here at 11:50. At least four EPD cars.

Sone woman screaming. Officer told someone to get their stuff. EPD is leaving. I arrived towards the end of the incident.

Neighbors said a man in a stolen vehicle ran into someone's house on 6th Street. As a neighbor put it,"another day on 6th street."

I spoke with EPD Sgt Wayne Rabang who was on scene. He confirmed the man was in a stolen vehicle. Saw EPD, tried to flee on foot, was arrested.

Officer Hooks, Altic, Porambo and at least two other officers were on scene.
