Woman from Orange County claims to be from "Freedom to Breathe Agency"

A video has gone viral on Tik Tok and Twitter.



It involves a woman from California claiming to be from a group called the "Freedom to Breathe Agency"  warning a grocery store employee in Orange County that the employee could face legal consequences after the woman was told masks were required in the store.
