No videostreaming for the public for Mark Dare jury trial
The press release regarding the Mark Dare needed to be approved by Judge Kaleb Cockrum. Jury selection is going on right now. Given the definite date in the press release, I would venture they are close to finalizing a jury panel or have finished.
Mark Dare jury was finalized on September 17. Opening statements on Monday. Trial is expected to last 3-4 weeks.
I want to thank Humboldt Superior Court CEO Kim Bartleson for her prompt response, as always to inquiries.
