Has the Cook ranch been sold? Was the property lost to mortgage default?

Received a tip from someone just now. Over the years, I have learned this tipster's information always pans out.

The tipster heard "today that the ranch that homed the zebras out in Petrolia has been sold. More specifically the property was lost to mortgage default and either was taken over by the owning bank, and possibly resold to new owners. The future of the animals is unknown but a person whom I spoke with about it today lives nearby and has knowledge of the deal."

"Oddly enough, no one in other media has mentioned it was for sale, or that it had been sold/foreclosed on," said the tipster.

Same information from yet another insider source in the industry who said " you will see more of this in the next 6 to 12 months."
